The orange shop in harlow ( orange Harlow) the manger in there had no clue about the laws of trading that if the goods are faulty you are entitled to a full refund within 28 days, My iphone packed up in only 24hrs and he said he would not give me a refund ” its company policy” but the law states you have to, I think someone in this position should be trained in at least the basic laws of trading, And to add insult to injury there card machine took with authorisation a further £450 from my account 10 days later..

I must say the phone now is amazing and the customer support at orange is very good they have taken care of me very well. Polite and very understanding and i would be staying with them for another 10 years……. But the Manger at orange shop Harlow well cant say any thing good about that experience.

So did you get a refund from orange, can’t beleave they could take money without authority, surely that’s illegal !
Customers service said they would call me back after a 17min long phone call, we went into long discussions about how they were going to reimburse me. No call back as yet waited 20 hours , guess there having a long hard think about it!
