I must say the phone now is amazing and the customer support at orange is very good they have taken care of me very well. Polite and very understanding and i would be staying with them for another 10 years……. But the Manger at orange shop Harlow well cant say any thing good about that experience.

Designs for the master bedroom and lounge would take at least a couple of days, and to do so would be at the acceptance of the contract for the work, this is only down to the number of man hours involved

Kitchen Diner

As the rest of your kitchen design is ultra Modern so is the the style of furniture I have chosen for this area.

The table will be set for 6 people including cutlery and a large bespoke artificial flower arrangement designed and created by our own florist for this space.

Again the flowers I have specified for this property can be reused for any property you currently have on the market, we use the latest hand finished Sia Flowers which are reputed to being the best available on the market currently.

I have chosen these chairs to create some movement in design, from all the hard lines going on in this contemporary room, I can of course change them to a more neutral design which would lend its self to be placed in more of your portfolio of properties.

I think i would either use this scupture in the kitchen diner on the console table at the end of the worktop or in the hallway on the console table. But I will 100% be using the impressive piece at least once .

The sofa shown above I know to be out of stock currently, so I am in the process of sourcing another, of a similar design and quality

These contemporary side tables are to placed at the ends of the sofa, and to have a modern design of table lamp, I may also use one of them to have the TV on, tight against the central column of the room.

This is a very large mirror which when actually seen, is completely striking and will make a wonderful statement.

This piece of artwork I feel, will draw out the design of the kitchen as it utilizes many different colours and textures. I will be underlining it with a side table/console table with a lamp of modern design, and some small accessories ( set of mango wood balls with tea lights)

This rug I have chosen, will give us some texture into the room, as I really don’t want the room to feel too clinical. I imagine people sitting on the sofa looking out onto the garden, whilst burying there toes into the deep homely rug.

BEDROOM ROOM TWO

In this room, I have again used a timeless style of furniture ,which could lend itself to any property, and  it fits in to this bedroom with the tasteful use of linen, mirror, artwork and accessories.

Here are some examples of the quality of the artificial flowers I will be using around the home, This picture was taken in my shop of the actual flowers I will be using!

The following items are for reference only. They will be similar as we are trying to create a childs play room. There will be a black board on the wall and various pin boards, and stacking system is free standing , and will be stuffed with various toys donated by Nicks children.

As discussed with Nick, the idea for this room is to be cinema/ adult games rooms ie.playstation, xbox, wii etc.

I suggest to have, a day bed style lounger under the roof lights ,to give the feel of a relaxing space.

These bean bags may not be the ones used, although I would suggest to have black ones, again to let people really know, that this is a room to put your feet up in.

I have not found the audio visual unit that I wish going to use yet but, it will be low and long!

Garden area

The idea in the garden patio area is, to make it feel like another room, with a garden sofa and loungers to match , and even a coffee table and if possible get a large stainless steel BBQ to finish it off,

Loft Landing Area

This is a large walnut mirror to match the handrail and spindles of the stairs leading to the top floor. It will be placed high against the wall, as you walk up the stairs, making this somewhat dark area feel lighter and more spacious, it will also pick up the reflection of the illuminated piece of art, that will  be on a mirrored pedestal, to maximize the light available.

This is illuminated from within, and is a striking piece to place in this position.

master bedroom walk in wardrobe

This beautiful bouquet of orchids has to be seen to believed. It consists of three sprays in different tones of pink, and I think it would look beautiful, in the walk in wardrobe of the master bedroom, on the window sill. This will give the room a focal point. It would also be a good idea to place some well ironed clothing,hanging in the room, on good quality solid wood hangers, giving it that high spec feel it deserves.
